Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed in the bedroom and two comfortable futon chair/beds in the living area. Lounge, watching a movie on one of the condo’s two televisions—one in the living room with a VCR/DVD and one in the bedroom with VCR. And for added convenience, our condo comes with two full baths. Located in the arts district of Nye Beach you are just steps away from galleries, great dining, entertainment and shopping. (Pool closed during winter months.) Please Note: This condo is located on the second floor with NO elevator access. BBQ not allowed on the balcony, ok in the yard below.
