- $75 Cleaning fee
- $150 refundable security deposit

Payment Terms
We require you to pay the $150 security deposit to reserve. The entire balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS
Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation and do so thirty (30) days or more prior to arrival we will return your deposit. Any cancellation less than thirty (30) days will result in the forfeiture of your rental fee unless we are able to rent the condo during your time slot; if we can, we will refund your rental fees less a $25 cancellation fee.
